The hopper holds close to 10 LBS of grain and mill does do a great job of milling grains quickly. Finally, if you are a BIAB brewer and looking for higher efficiency I do not recommend this mill. My 2roller Barley Crusher Mill provided a tighter/more accurate roller gap consistency and much better efficiency.
